How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
1. Use a sharp knife to remove the top and part of the soft inside of the rolls.
2. Spread the four cheeses sauce and the champignon and black truffle sauce inside.
3. Cut the radishes into thin slices and use them to form a concave bowl inside the roll.
4. Place the lentils dressed with oil inside the bowl and decorate with a sprig of parsley.
