1. Preheat the fan oven to 250°C.

3. Spread the champignon and black truffle sauce onto the slices of bread and add the gorgonzola cheese.
4. Place the bread with the topping in the oven at 210°C until the cheese starts to melt.
5. Serve the bruschetta hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
