  • GROUND BEEF TO CONTAIN ABOUT 25% FAT
    130 g
  • CHAMPIGNON & BLACK TRUFFLE SAUCE
    30 g
  • SALT AND PEPPER
    Seasoning as required
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 25 minutes
1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and the champignon and black truffle sauce.
2. Mix well and form large balls.
3. Compress the balls on a sheet of oven paper to form two hamburgers.

 Tips for the final user: Cook on a grill or in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil.
