1. Clean and cut steak into slices.
2. Drain the tomatoes and olives from the oil and rinse them under water..
3. Heat the extra virgin olive oil with the clove of garlic into a pan and sauté the artichokes for a few minutes.
4. Clean and chop parsley.
5. Place all of the ingredients together in a bowl and gently mix.
Suggestions for consumer: Heat a non stick pan, pour the extra virgin olive oil into the pan and brown the sliced steaks for few minutes. Season to taste.
