Quiche with mackerel and Piquillo peppers

  • Puff pastry
    1 disc
  • Mackerel fillets
    140 g
  • Artichokes sauce
    90 g
  • Grilled Piquillo Peppers
    70 g
How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 25 MINUTES
1. Place the puff pastry in a circular oven tray.
2. Top with the artichoke sauce and mackerel fillets.
3. Bake at 180° for 16 minutes and after removing from the oven garnish with grilled piquillo pepper strips.
