Neapolitan speciality obtained from the inflorescence of broccoli, cooked straight after picking in sunflower seed oil and flavoured with a hint of garlic and chili pepper as tradition requires. This product is exceptional as a pizza topping as it does not dampen the dough. It maintains its colour or texture during cooking and blends perfectly with other ingredients commonly used for toppings, like sausages and ham. It is perfect on focaccias and as sandwich fillings.

4 Cheese sauce

This product was specifically created for pizza chefs. It is a mixture of cheeses including: Fontal, Emmenthal, Grana Padano and Maasdammer all melted with butter.
