How to prepare it

1. After cutting the Patachoux rings in half, fill them with custard and add the whole figs and sour cherries with their syrup

2. Place the Patachoux, the figs previously cut into wedges, on top

3. Garnish with the slightly softened chocolate fondue near a heat source, using a piping bag

4. Finally, add the pink peppercorns.
