How to prepare it

1. Make the tartare, cutting the swordfish into cubes, adding together the basil leaves, salt and pepper.

2. With the help of a pastry cutter, compose four tartare in four plates and add a tablespoon of Taggiasca olives.

3. Complete with a drizzle of Taggiasca oil.
