Roll on pecorino romano sauce and smoked pepper sauce

  • Roll splints

How to prepare it

  1. Bake the rolls at 180 degrees in a static oven for about 10 minutes
  2. Garnish the dish with drops of smoked pepper sauce and sprigs of rosemary
  3. Serve creating a base with pecorino romano sauce
  4. Take the rolls out of the oven, cut them in half and place them on the bed of pecorino sauce
  5. Finish the dish with a pouring of smoked pepper sauce on top
