1. Massage the burger with a little E.V.O oil and place it on a very hot plate for 4 minutes and cut the burger buns in half.
2. Serve, putting as a base the lower part of the burger buns, some leaves of green salad, caramelized onion, slices of buffalo mozzarella, hamburger and smoked pepper sauce.
3. Close the sandwich with the top of the burger buns.
