How to prepare it
30 min.
1. Coarsely chop the swordfish with a knife, season with salt and pepper and form into a hamburger
2. Cook in hot plate until cooked pay attention not to overcook
3. Cut the bun in half and spread the bottom with mustard, add a few valerian leaves, lay the Cantabrian anchovies and caramelized onion on top of the fish burger
4. Close the sandwich and serve.
