  • Sweet ricotta cream

How to prepare it

1. Add the lemon zest to the ricotta cream and mix well
2. Chop the mini apples coarsely
3. Begin to compose the ‘millefoglie’ by alternating leaf pastry, sweet ricotta and mini apples
4. Complete with a drizzle of strawberry sauce.
5. Sprinkle with sugar
