How to prepare it
1 hour
Yellow eggplant with sauced yellow datterino tomatoes, smoked scamorza cheese, pecorino romano and basil.

1. Fry the eggplant slices.
2. Blend the salted yellow datterini tomatoes.
3. Fry the onion in a saucepan and add the blended datterino tomatoes, season it with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Prepare a baking tray, apply the spray remover and create layers with the yellow datterini tomatoes in sauce, eggplants, smoked cheese, pecorino, oregano and basil sauce.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 15 minutes.
