Madonita pizza with cream of sauced yellow datterino tomatoes, Madonita caciocavallo cheese, breadcrumbs of ancient grains and Sicilian anchovies.
1. Blend the salted yellow datterini tomatoes and form a cream.
2. Season the pizza base with the cream, the mozzarella fior di latte, the diced caciocavallo, the breadcrumbs.
3. Put it in the oven and bake it.
4. When cooked, add the anchovy fillets, oregano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
