  • pizza dough
    1 disc
  • prawns sauce
    80 g
  • stracciatella cheese
    80 g
  • sautéed white champignon
    80 g
  • pink peppercorns
    To taste
How to prepare it
Preparation time: 25 minutes
1. Place the disc of dough in a circular oven tray.
2. Spread the surface of the pizza with the prawns sauce and top with the sautéed champignons.
3. Bake at 200° for 6 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and top with the stracciatella and the hand crushed pink pepper.
