How to prepare it
Preparation time: 15 minutes
1. Finely mince the turkey breast, incorporate the turnip top sauce, egg, breadcrumbs and grated pecorino to obtain a firm, evenly distributed mixture.
2. Stuff the grilled piquillo peppers with the mixture and close with a cocktail stick in the fashion of a roll.
