  • PISTACHIO FLOUR

How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
1. Thicken the ricotta with the pistachio flour and a pinch of salt, until the mixture is semi-compact.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water and dip the chilli peppers into it to coat the outer part.
3. Cool the chilli peppers immediately after coating in a blast chiller, to solidify the chocolate.
