  • PEELED YELLOW CHERRY TOMATOES

How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
1. Cut the sheet of pastry with a pastry cutter to obtain four small triangles.
2. Spread two triangles with Pecorino Romano cheese sauce and the other two with salmon sauce. 
3. Assemble the lasagna in layers alternating each layer of puff pastry with peeled yellow cherry tomatoes.
