1. Drain the preserving liquid from the lentils and chickpeas.
2. Chop the legumes lightly and crumble the tortilla chips.
3. Form a burger adding the tortilla crumbs to the well-drained chopped legumes.
4. Grill the burger on the fry top.
5. Plate up like a normal hamburger, placing the burger on a bed of lettuce and sliced tomato, and adding the lightly sautéed caramelized onions.
