How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
1. Cut 1 large slice of Altamura bread, divide it in half and toast in the oven at 200°C for about 5 minutes.
2. Stone the olives and cut them into strips.
3. Remove the slice of bread from the oven and spread with the ‘nduja cream.
4. Distribute the drained eggplants and the olive strips on top.
