How to prepare it
PREPARATION TIME: 7 minutes
1. Heat the piadina quickly in a non-stick frying pan
2. Drain 50 g of La Croccante and add a spoonful of tartar sauce to the drained vegetables
3. Distribute the mixture on one half of the piadina and place the mackerel fillets on top
4. Fold the piadina over and serve warm
