This delicious raw pureed tomato sauce with little pieces of tomato is made using ripe tomatoes that are partially sieved leaving little pieces of tomato in a rich firm pulp which conserves the taste and fragrance of freshly picked tomatoes. Particularly indicated for the preparation of pizzas especially authentic Neapolitan ones.

This delicious product is made following a traditional recipe using finely sliced white onions. The soup has a strong flavour which can be diluted with water or broth and served with a sprinkling of grated cheese making it a hearty soup to be eaten with or without the addition of pasta or noodles.
