Traditional olives
We harvested the best hojiblanca olives when they were perfectly ripe and preserved them in delicate brine, to retain their flavour and vivid colour. Preferred whole for hors d'oeuvres, they also come in the practical versions pitted and in rounds, making them versatile for use in numerous recipes.
